A softer wayto track intimacy.

Bloom is a simple log for your intimate life. Record sessions, notice patterns, and—if you’d like—try a Bluetooth heart-rate device to capture how your body responds.

More than a place to write it down.

Keep the moments you want to remember, in as much—or as little—detail as feels right. Every session becomes part of a private history you can return to whenever you’re curious.

A note for them.
One back for you.

Send your partner a private note after a shared session. They can write back and reveal yours right from the link—no Bloom account needed.

I keep thinking about the way you pulled me closer. I loved how unhurried everything felt.

Insights that grow with you.

Bloom holds the details you choose to record, then offers patterns back gently. No score. No single answer. Just another way to understand what has been true for you.

Keep a record of something real.

When a Bluetooth heart-rate device connects, Bloom can hold the trace alongside the rest of the session.

Notice what shifts over time.

Compare the details you record with where you are in your cycle, then decide what feels meaningful to you.

See which moments stand out.

Ratings, vibes, timing, and context can reveal small threads you might not remember on their own.

For anyone who enjoys recording—and learning.

Bloom is for those who are a little curious about themselves. Not tracking toward a goal. Just paying attention.

Some things are worth noticing. Times of the month that feel different. Sessions that stand out. Small shifts you might never remember without something to hold them.

Heart rate, if you want it

Try the Bluetooth watch or heart-rate sensor you already have. If it shares a live signal, Bloom can capture it through the session and keep it with your private record.

Simple answers about privacy, devices, and using Bloom.

Will my watch or heart-rate sensor work with Bloom?

It may. Bloom has a short list of devices tested directly, and it can also try devices that share the standard Bluetooth Heart Rate service. The exact model, firmware, browser, and operating system can all make a difference, so try what you already own before buying something new.

Which browsers support Bloom?

You can log sessions, view your history, and explore patterns in modern browsers. Optional Bluetooth heart rate needs Web Bluetooth. For the smoothest pairing, use a current version of Chrome or Edge on a Mac or Windows computer, or Chrome on Android. Heart-rate pairing is not currently available on iPhone or iPad.

Can I use Bloom without a heart-rate device?

Yes. Session logging, history, and insights are free, and a heart-rate device is always optional. You can also pair a device and check its live signal for free. Recording that signal begins with a 7-day trial, then costs $5.99 for your first year with the Early Bloomer promotion.
